Do you provide International Shipping?

No, Currently we only provide shipping to and within the USA only.

How do I track my order?

A USPS tracking number will be emailed to the customer with every order.

What are your delivery options?

we are going to start by using USPS priority mail. it appears to be the lowest at cost and most reliable. if the customer prefers UPS or Fed Ex please submit the special request.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 10-day return policy for all braids, bulks, and crochets " Latch Hook hair".

Packaging and hair products must be in original condition.

 

if an item is considered and approved as defective we will pay for shipping. but if the return is a change of mind customer will be responsible for shipping.

 

In efforts of keeping the beauty supply industry safe and virus/bacteria-free, The health departments don't recommend accepting items that are hard to determine if they were used or tried. Therefore we have a no return no exchange on all wigs.
